Il Rally FIM 2024 sta per cominciare. A meno di 24 ore dall'apertura ufficiale dell'evento Mototuristico dell'anno, che vedrà oltre 1000 motociclisti provenienti da tutt'Europa e non solo arrivare a Chianciano Terme, sono già partite le prime attività per chi ha scelto di raggiungere la Toscana anche prima dell'apertura ufficiale dell'evento, prevista per il 26 giugno.
Tra ieri e oggi infatti, circa 80 motociclisti hanno avuto l'occasione di visitare Montepulciano, con le sue inconfondibili bellezze storico-artistiche unite alle eccellenze culinarie che il territorio offre. Le attività pre-evento organizzate dalla FMI non hanno riguardato solo le zone limitrofe a Chianciano, come testimoniato dai 130 iscritti al Rally FIM che oggi si sono diretti a Roma, per una giornata dedicata alla visita della Città Eterna. Grazie alla quale i partecipanti hanno potuto osservare da vicino le principali attrazioni turistiche del centro della Capitale.
E questo era solo il "prologo" della 77° edizione del Rally FIM, che partirà ufficialmente domani, quando a colorare il centro di Chianciano ci sarà la consueta Presentazione delle Nazioni. Uno spettacolo nello spettacolo, con gli oltre 1000 partecipanti che, divisi appunto per nazioni, dopo aver lasciato le loro moto sfileranno tra le strade di Chianciano con la bandiera del proprio paese, fino al passaggio sotto l'arco della manifestazione. Accompagnati dalle note dei propri inni nazionali. Tutto per una cerimonia d'apertura dal sapore olimpico, come da tradizione per il Rally FIM (clicca qui per orari ed elenco della Presentazione delle Nazioni). A seguire, il centro storico di Chianciano accoglierà tutti i partecipanti con attività organizzate dalla Pro-Loco.
Tanti gli appuntamenti previsti per gli altri due giorni dell'evento che decreta la nazione Campione del Mondo di Mototurismo, attraverso un calcolo che tiene in considerazione il numero di motociclisti presenti per ogni nazione e i km da essi percorsi per arrivare a destinazione. Si partirà con le escursioni ad Assisi e Castiglion del Lago di giovedì 27, a precedere la serata al Palamontepaschi, con premiazioni e spettacoli musicali. Fino ad arrivare alla giornata conclusiva del 77° Rally FIM, quella del venerdì. Caratterizzata al mattino dalla suggestiva Parata delle Nazioni in moto con arrivo a Città della Pieve e al pomeriggio dal talk dedicato all'attività femminile. E con l'apice previsto per la serata, dove il Palamontepaschi ospiterà la cerimonia delle premiazioni finali con a seguire spettacoli musicali. Momento in cui l'Italia, organizzatrice dell'evento e quindi fuori classifica, consegnerà la coppa che deteniene ormai ininterrottamente da cinque anni alla nazione vincitrice.

The 2024 FIM Rally is about to begin. In fact, between yesterday and today, around 80 motorcyclists had the opportunity to visit Montepulciano, with its unmistakable historical-artistic beauties combined with the culinary excellence that the area offers. The pre-event activities organized by the FMI did not only concern the areas surrounding Chianciano, as witnessed by the 130 members of the FIM Rally who headed to Rome today for a day dedicated to visiting the Eternal City. Thanks to which the participants were able to closely observe the main tourist attractions of the center of the Capital.
And this was just the "prologue" of the 77th edition of the FIM Rally, which will officially start tomorrow, when the center of Chianciano will be colored by the usual Presentation of the Nations. A show within a show, with over 1000 participants who, divided by nation, after leaving their motorbikes, will parade through the streets of Chianciano with the flag of their country, until they pass under the arch of the event. Accompanied by the notes of their national anthems. Everything for an opening ceremony with an Olympic flavour, as per tradition for the FIM Rally (click here for times and list of the Presentation of Nations). Afterwards, the historic center of Chianciano will welcome all participants with activities organized by the Pro-Loco.
Many events are scheduled for the other two days of the event which declares the nation the World Motorcycle Touring Champion, through a calculation that takes into consideration the number of motorcyclists present for each nation and the kilometers traveled by them to reach their destination. We will start with the excursions to Assisi and Castiglion del Lago on Thursday 27th, preceding the evening at Palamontepaschi, with awards ceremonies and musical shows. Until we get to the final day of the 77th FIM Rally, Friday. Et ce n'était que le "prologue" de la 77ème édition du Rallye FIM, qui débutera officiellement demain, lorsque le centre de Chianciano sera coloré par l'habituelle Présentation des Nations. Nous commencerons par les excursions à Assise et Castiglion del Lago le jeudi 27, précédant la première soirée au Palamontepaschi, avec des cérémonies de remise de prix et des spectacles musicaux. En attendant la dernière journée du 77ème Rallye FIM, vendredi. Caractérisé le matin par l'évocatrice Défilé des Nations en moto arrivant à Città della Pieve et l'après-midi par la conférence consacrée aux activités des femmes. Et avec le point culminant attendu pour la soirée, où le Palamontepaschi accueillera la cérémonie finale de remise des prix avec des performances musicales à suivre. Moment où l'Italie, organisatrice de l'événement et donc hors championnat, remettra à la nation vainqueur la coupe qu'elle détient sans interruption depuis cinq ans.
